What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner position at Next Level Property Management?
A startup Property Management company, with 13 years of combined experience, and a portfolio of 250 doors (and growing!). This position is Part-Time, Flexible Schedule (M – F). You will be responsible for cleaning residential units upon a move out, as well as some cyclical property cleaning (laundry room, stairways, etc.)
Requirements
- Possess broad array of problem solving/critical thinking abilities
- Comfortable using handheld device (mobile device with cellular service)
- Self-motivated, organized, efficient & strong communication skills
- Good time management & strong work ethic
- Able to easily work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to efficiently work alone
- High attention to detail & strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude
- At least 2 years of residential and/or commercial cleaning experience
- Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record & clean background
- Reliable vehicle that can be used to haul cleaning supplies from one job to the next
- Functioning mobile phone, with cellular service, that can be used to text, make phone calls, access apps in the field, etc.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning residential properties upon a tenant vacating
- Utilizing a handheld device to view and update work orders as needed
- Utilizing a handheld device to track mileage and hours worked
- Properly utilizing cleaning supplies and solutions
- Operating with high integrity always, but especially when entering someone’s home
- May be asked to spray weeds, mow lawns, shovel snow, and help with other handyman-related maintenance issues, as needed
Physical Demands
- Required to stand and/or bend down for long periods of time
- May be required to climb up & down a step ladder or ladder
- Required to travel to properties we manage
- May be required to go up & down staircases for multi-level properties
- May be required to lift 50 lbs.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Afternoon shift

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No nights
- No weekends
