Duties
- Greet and engaged with potential customers as you work assigned territory and provide assistance as needed.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Handle debit/credit card transactions accurately using com on iPad.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate items.
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Utilize basic math skills to process transactions.
- Communicate product information clearly to customers, answering any questions they may have.
Requirements
- Previous experience in direct sales or outside sales environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to upsell products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Supervisory experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
