Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Utilize recruitment software such as iCIMS and Workday to manage candidate applications and track progress.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and define candidate profiles.
- Assist in employee evaluation processes by gathering feedback from interviewers and providing insights on candidate performance.
- Engage in lead generation activities to build a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance our hiring strategies.
- Foster positive employee relations by ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as UltiPro, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in interviewing or employee relations is advantageous but not mandatory.
