About the Role
This is a highly visible role that will work closely with the CFO and CEO, providing critical financial insights to drive strategic decision-making. As a key member of the finance team, you will play an integral part in building and scaling the finance function, supporting financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to ensure the company's continued success.
This role is ideal for a dynamic, analytical finance professional with experience in technology manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
• Financial Modeling & Analysis – Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Business Partnering – Work closely with department heads to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Strategic Planning – Support the CFO and executive team in evaluating business initiatives, capital investments, and long-term financial strategy.
• Operational Reporting – Create and maintain dashboards and KPI reports to track financial and operational performance.
• Budgeting & Forecasting – Assist in the preparation of the company’s annual budget, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Cost & Profitability Analysis – Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
• Investment & Capital Planning – Support financial due diligence for investments, expansion projects, and funding initiatives.
• Process Improvement – Help establish best-in-class FP&A processes and tools as the company scales.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
• 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis. Experience in manufacturing is required, with semiconductor industry experience highly preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems, BI tools, and financial reporting software (NetSuite, SAP, Hyperion, or similar).
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and executive-level presentations.
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.
Salary : $125,000 - $175,000
