This is a Direct-Hire position.
Property Accountant Responsibilities:
- Month-end close & the production of financial statements
- Balance sheet reconciliations including bank reconciliations
- Journal entries including accruals & prepayments
- Fixed Assets & depreciation
- Cash flow analysis
- Review accounts payable and cash application transactions for accuracy
- Variance analysis
- Year end audit
- Financial analysis
- Special projects
Property Accountant Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
- 2-4 years of progressive Accounting experience
- Systems savvy including solid Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive team attitude
