Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join their
team in managing a large property in downtown Atlanta. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining the property to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Tenant Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
- Leasing and Marketing : Assist in leasing activities, including showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available spaces.
- Financial Management : Support the Property Manager in preparing budgets, financial reports, and rent collection. Monitor expenses and assist in cost control measures.
- Maintenance Coordination : Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely and efficient property maintenance and repairs. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues.
- Administrative Duties : Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and handle correspondence related to property management. Utilize property management software for various tasks.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management. Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
