Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support by preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk.
- Assist in event planning and coordination for company functions and meetings.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain organized filing systems for important documents and correspondence.
- Handle office management tasks including supply inventory and equipment maintenance.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, mail distribution, and phone management.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in calendar management and executive administrative support is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional proofreading capabilities.
