As a Training Specialist II, you’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of NLS Technical Resources. You’ll not only stay sharp by deepening your expertise in the Duck Creek platform, but also make a real impact by mentoring, presenting, and building training materials that matter. Whether you’re leading a class, or designing content behind the scenes, you’ll be the go-to guide for all things technical training at NLS.

What You'll Do:
- Lead solo instruction of basic and intermediate Duck Creek platform learning cycles
- Continuously build your knowledge of Duck Creek systems and stay up to date on technical developments
- Create and contribute to new and existing training materials
- Help grow and support technical talent across the company through engaging instruction and mentorship
What You'll Bring:
- 2 years of experience working with Duck Creek, or similar systems
- A passion for teaching and developing others
- Clear and confident communication—both written and verbal
- Strong presentation skills in both, in-person and virtual settings
- Experience with the Duck Creek Platform (Policy, Billing, and/or Claims)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- A deep understanding of computer information systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Property & Casualty Insurance industry
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Willingness and ability to travel to various NLS locations or client sites to deliver training sessions, support onboarding, and collaborate with regional teams
