If you are a team player who believes in our mission and is passionate about sports with a team-focused mentality, please apply!What Youll Do : Collaborate with the Product Team and Program Directors to coordinate and streamline program operations, ensuring each season's success.Facilitate the integration of program schedules and standings into our mobile application, enhancing user experience and engagement.Empower our site directors and student-athletes by providing thorough training and access to our Next Level App, ensuring they are well-prepared for the season.Coordinate with site directors to swiftly resolve any discrepancies in-game results or disputes throughout the season.Engage with the Customer Support Team to gain insights into customer feedback, using this information to pinpoint and address areas for improvement within our offerings.Actively contribute to the roster-building process on our SportsConnect platform, gaining a comprehensive understanding of program operations and key marketing initiatives.Oversee the development and refinement of registration forms, guaranteeing precision and clarity for our participants.Distribute essential program materials, including season schedules and team rosters, to our partners, ensuring they are equipped with the resources needed for a smooth program operation.Document and communicate any suggestions for product and operational enhancements to the Product and Engineering Teams, fostering operational efficiencies.Maintain clear, consistent, and effective communication with our program participants, delivering critical pre-season and in-season information and updates throughout the season.Ensure the Program Operations Jira board is meticulously maintained and up-to-date, providing regular reports to Program Directors on project status, identifying any blockers, and facilitating efficient resolution and progress.Help maintain our standard operating procedures in the company wiki, ensuring critical processes are comprehensively documented, accessible, and regularly updated to reflect current practices.Assist the payroll operations team to ensure timely and precise execution of weekly or bi-weekly payroll for all student-athletes.What Were Looking For : Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside cross-functional teams.Exceptional organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple tasks and deadlines.Proven problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to convey information clearly and persuasively.A background in program operations, sports management, or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with SportsConnect or similar platforms is advantageous.Experience with Jira or similar project management tools, as well as proficiency in maintaining company wikis or similar knowledge management systems, is highly regarded.A passion for sports, particularly youth sports, and a dedication to improving the community experience.Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
