Next Level Sports Performance is a training and rehabilitation facility that specializes in sports performance, strength and conditioning, and orthopedic rehabilitation. Qualifications for the position include: -A degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or Sports Science. - Certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association or another reputable certifying organization (or plans to obtain certification within the next 3-6 months). - A great personality, enthusiasm, and confidence in coaching. - A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, with a high level of motivation and a career-oriented focus in strength and conditioning. - Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and attention to detail. - The ability to think strategically and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The selected candidate will report to managers and owners as needed and will assist in exercise applications alongside physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and athletic trainers.
Job Responsibilities:
Coach athletes and active adults through individualized and small group training
Design performance programs aligned with the “Next Level Methodology”
Conduct assessments, track progress, and maintain client base through personalized results
Collaborate and help physical therapists and physical therapy assistants with therapeutic exercise for higher level and more advanced clients
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, parents, and the entire team
Help shape the growth and culture of our performance training division
