* Process production orders for truck shipments to comply with specified shipping lead time
* Process LTL, truckload & expedite shipments (Inbound and outbound) using Acumatica and TMS
* Calculate and add customer freight charges (and carrier costs) to orders in TMS and Acumatica
* Provide LTL freight quotes to customers and sales departments in a timely manner
* Troubleshoot and develop solutions with challenging delivery locations and time sensitivity
* Assist with carrier freight bill audit
* Provide freight claim processing as needed
* Provide Support on parcel quotes and carrier invoice audit
* Enter international orders online as needed
