Jr. Product Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the development and management of our product offerings, ensuring they meet market needs and align with our strategic goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives from conception through execution, utilizing your analytical skills to inform decision-making and enhance user experience. Duties

• Collaborate with senior product managers to define product vision and strategy.
• Assist in the management of the product lifecycle, including planning, development, and launch.
• Oversee the maintenance and support of key integrations with systems.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) that strengthen the product development cycle.
• Monitor and respond to the support mailbox, triaging and resolving user issues.
• Provide occasional on-call, after-hours, multi-timezone support for critical system incidents
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Support Agile methodologies in product development, including participation in sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Utilize SQL for data analysis to derive insights that inform product decisions.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure products meet quality standards before launch.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various departments to align on project goals and timelines.
• Maintain documentation related to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Experience

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
• Experience using tools for project management is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
• Knowledge of IT governance principles is advantageous.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
