- Monitor changes in FDA regulations and ensure that the organization adapts accordingly.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
- Prepare reports on compliance status, issues, and recommendations for senior management.
- Manage documentation related to compliance activities, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for audits.

Experience
- Proven experience in compliance management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, particularly related to clinical trials.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and chemistry manufacturing controls.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and guidelines relevant to clinical research and product development.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from conception through execution.
- Experience in conducting research related to compliance issues or regulatory changes is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in evaluating compliance processes.
