We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential care facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home care, group homes, or long-term care settings, and will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents with varying needs, including those with disabilities and memory care requirements. Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the residential facility, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Supervise staff members, providing training and support to ensure high-quality care for residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the specific needs of each resident.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by overseeing housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to facilitate medical appointments and manage medication administration.
- Foster positive relationships with residents and their families, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Ensure that all staff are trained in first aid procedures and emergency protocols.

Requirements
- Experience in home care, group home settings, or long-term care is preferred.

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or assisting residents as needed.
- Certification in first aid or CPR is a plus.
