Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between field teams and accounting, ensuring seamless communication and accurate data flow.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Oversee accounting functions, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Prepare and present financial data for monthly division reviews.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and strategies.
- Supervise and support the job costing team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Contribute to the streamlining of financial processes and the development of best practices.
Qualifications
Required Skills :
Minimum of 3 years in finance / accounting, preferably in the commercial construction industry .
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., ECMs by Computer Guidance Corp).
Strong ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable insights for leadership.
