Role Overview
A well-established organization is seeking a Benefits Analyst to assist with the administration of U.S. benefits program offerings. This role involves managing day-to-day responsibilities related to health and welfare benefits, providing direct employee support, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive , with the ability to analyze benefits data, improve processes, and provide excellent customer service to employees.
Key Responsibilities
Benefits Administration
- Manage group benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and wellness programs.
- Maintain documentation and streamline benefits administration processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on group insurance coverage and wellness programs.
- Act as a liaison between benefits vendors, employees, and partners.
- Ensure timely and accurate benefit enrollments for new hires, life event changes, and status changes.

Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in benefits consulting or a similar advisory role.
Experience managing third-party vendors and benefits providers.
Strong communication skills to clearly explain benefits programs and policies.
Familiarity with open enrollment processes and benefits communication strategies.
