This role includes overseeing ABA therapy , conducting behavioral assessments , and collaborating with families and service providers to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services , including assessments and skill acquisition planning.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on client needs.
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) , ensuring proper implementation of treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to integrate intervention strategies effectively.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop reports within designated timelines.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical policies .
- Attend and participate in scheduled meetings and training sessions .
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with funder and regulatory requirements.
