About the Role
A behavioral health organization is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide assessment intervention and training services for individuals and their families. This role includes overseeing ABA therapy conducting behavioral assessments and collaborating with families and service providers to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services including assessments and skill acquisition planning.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on client needs.
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) ensuring proper implementation of treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families schools and other professionals to integrate intervention strategies effectively.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop reports within designated timelines.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations accreditation standards and clinical policies .
- Attend and participate in scheduled meetings and training sessions .
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with funder and regulatory requirements.
