An opportunity is available for a Building Design Structural Engineer at a rapidly growing firm in West Austin. The ideal candidate will be an EIT or recent PE with experience in Revit and the design of educational municipal and / or commercial buildings. Position Summary :
The Building Design Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing commercial municipal and academic buildings using Revit. They will collaborate with project teams ensure compliance with design plans and engage with clients to address structural needs. The role includes site visits reporting project status and supporting senior engineers as required.
Responsibilities :
- Design buildings for commercial municipal and academic projects using Revit.
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progression aligns with design plans.
- Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project owners to understand design needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Attend meetings and provide support to senior engineers and PEs.
