Key Responsibilities
- Perform field service operations, ensuring CNC grinding machinery functions efficiently and is well-maintained.
- Provide on-site, phone, and email support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
- Install and set up CNC grinding machines at customer facilities.
- Conduct repairs, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Travel up to 80% within the USA, Canada, and Mexico to meet customer needs.
- Interpret and utilize mechanical, electrical, and other technical drawings effectively.
- Assist customers in identifying parts, maintenance requirements, and resolving technical queries.
Ideal Candidate Profile
At least 3 years of technical field service experience with CNC grinding machinery.
Strong mechanical aptitude and a "hands-on" approach.
Basic knowledge of electrical and fluid power circuits.
