This executive-level role requires strong leadership in HTM within a large healthcare environment , exceptional client relationship management , and expertise in regulatory compliance and financial oversight .
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the executive director and primary contact for the University Hospital System .
- Lead healthcare technology management (HTM) operations across multiple hospital sites.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and governance structures .
- Oversee budget management, financial risk assessment, and operational efficiency .
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations , as well as client and company policies .
- Implement and uphold safety programs to maintain a secure work environment.
- Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a diverse team of employees.
