Key Responsibilities
- Conduct impartial workplace investigations into issues such as harassment, discrimination, and ethics violations based on client needs.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports that include clear findings and actionable recommendations.
- Independently manage investigations while adhering to industry best practices and client expectations.
- Collaborate with the team during onboarding and provide support for complex investigations.
- Maintain responsive and professional communication with clients throughout the investigation process.
- Meet annual billable requirements of at least 1,700 hours .
Qualifications Required :
Minimum of 3 years of third-party workplace investigation experience.
