About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Field Service Engineer to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for providing toptier service and support for industrial packaging machinery. This includes setting up and finetuning equipment programming additional logic and troubleshooting technical issues. As a key liaison between our company and customers you will help ensure smooth operations customer satisfaction and even have the opportunity to earn commission on recommended products and services.
5060% travel required to client locations for onsite troubleshooting and support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Travel to customer sites to install finetune and optimize packaging machinery.
- Program and integrate VFFS & HFFS Baggers Scale Systems CheckWeighing Systems Metal Detection / XRay Detection Conveyor Systems and Print Systems.
- Respond to service calls promptly and effectively.
- Perform maintenance repairs system overhauls and troubleshooting on existing equipment.
- Capture customer details for invoicing and document all service activities.
- Provide recommendations for additional products and services earning 1% commission on successful purchases and installations.
Travel Perks & Support :
Requirements :
2 years of experience in a field service or engineering role.
Handson experience with setting up finetuning and programming industrial packaging machinery.
Ability to respond quickly to customer service calls and maintenance needs.
Strong troubleshooting skills for system overhauls and repairs.
Willingness to travel (5060% of the time).
