We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with direct industry experience to lead the design, development, and execution of major engineering projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, project coordination skills, and leadership abilities to oversee equipment layouts, schematics, and construction reports while collaborating with vendors, customers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering degree and experience in mechanical system design, CAD/Revit supervision, and construction planning.

• Lead and coordinate the design and revision of major engineering projects.
• Develop equipment layouts, size equipment, and collaborate with vendors and customers.
• Obtain field data, perform construction reports, and ensure project accuracy.
• Take projects from conception to final design, creating schematics based on customer specifications.
• Create and stamp drawings, ensuring all designs meet industry standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with technicians and estimators to review and finalize designs.
• Prepare parts lists for the Materials Manager and order additional parts as needed.
• Ensure project completion efficiently, accurately, and according to specifications.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors while following safety protocols.
• Report directly to company leadership, providing updates on project progress.

• Oversee CAD/Revit Technicians, providing leadership and mentorship.

• Maintain open communication and transparency with clients.
• Uphold professionalism and accountability in all interactions.
• Ensure projects meet or exceed customer expectations.

• Communicate job progress and challenges with company leadership.
• Assemble and deliver comprehensive schematics, blueprints, and job documentation.
• Work closely with the Materials Manager to ensure accurate parts procurement.
• Provide mentorship and support for Engineers and CAD/Revit Technicians to optimize team performance.
• Uphold and promote company core values.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of direct industry experience in mechanical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical system design, schematics, and equipment sizing.
• Experience using CAD and Revit for engineering design.
• Ability to lead and oversee large-scale engineering projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Experience in construction, mechanical contracting, or industrial systems.
• Knowledge of engineering standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
