About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Personal Lines Senior Associate State Manager to drive profitable growth and customer satisfaction for personal auto, home, and umbrella insurance products. This role focuses on developing and executing pricing strategies, staying current on industry trends, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve state-specific objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive premium growth and profitability for assigned states within the organization's footprint.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term rate change and project roadmaps for assigned products.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor actions, and regulatory developments to inform product strategy.
- Lead initiatives to improve premium growth, profitability, and customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims, Marketing, Finance, and Business Process.
- Lead a state team of actuarial and business insights analysts to execute strategic product and pricing plans.
- Prepare and present rate changes, project updates, and strategic plans to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
- Collaborate with Finance to develop annual financial plans and forecasts. Qualifications :
- Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance , or related quantitative fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in actuarial, insurance product analytics, or similar roles with increasing responsibilities.
Strong data analytics capabilities and problem-solving curiosity.
