Position Overview
We are seeking a Service / Test Technician to join a leading testing systems and equipment manufacturing company . This role is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and calibrating HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems to ensure product quality and performance. The ideal candidate has technical expertise in HVAC / R, electrical systems, and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues .

Key Responsibilities
- Start up, troubleshoot, and perform tests on standard product lines, including refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and repair issues with equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Conduct basic final assembly work and system adjustments.
- Ensure products meet quality and performance standards .
- Document test results, equipment performance, and troubleshooting solutions .
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing and quality control processes.
- Work closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve design and production issues.
- Implement and follow Lean and 5S processes for efficiency.
