We are seeking a resultsdriven Sr. Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize lastmile delivery operations. This role involves managing a large team and fleet ensuring smooth delivery processes and collaborating with other departments to meet business goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills data analysis capabilities and lastmile logistics expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Leadership : Oversee all aspects of delivery operations ensuring timely distributions and optimal fleet management.
- KPI Monitoring : Conduct trend analyses root cause investigations and drive performance improvements based on data insights.
- Team Management : Lead a team of 200 employees including managers supervisors and coordinators by setting clear expectations and providing continuous feedback.
- Collaboration : Partner with the fulfillment center and HR teams to implement initiatives that enhance operations and support employee success.
- Process Optimization : Develop and tweak delivery workflows to meet company and team performance targets.
- Safety Standards : Enforce policies to maintain compliance with industry safety standards and best practices.
- DataDriven Decisions : Utilize Excel Google Suite and data visualization tools to analyze large datasets and inform strategic decisions.
- Performance Tracking : Establish and measure KPIs related to cost ontime delivery safety and customer satisfaction.
