About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology team and lead the enhancement of processes within our IQMS ERP (DELMIAworks) system. Working in the packaging and containers industry , this hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to scale business operations, optimize existing practices, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy across multiple departments, including manufacturing, operations, quality, finance, and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and optimize ERP systems to support seamless business operations.
- Design and develop actionable reports using Crystal Reports to support decision-making.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain IQMS ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure system reliability in a 24x7 manufacturing environment.
- Lead ERP module implementations across multi-site manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and external vendors to support system functionality.
- Develop and document system configurations, test protocols, and compliance validations.
- Train technical and non-technical users on ERP applications and processes.
- Establish best practices and prioritize enhancement requests.
- Travel up to 25% to various locations for project implementation and support.
