What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Low Voltage Data Technician position at Next Level Technician?
Next Level Technician is urgently seeking lead low voltage data technicians in the Millersville MD area. If you have experience on structured cabling projects in a commercial environment this may be the position for you.
Lead Low Voltage Cable Technician Responsibilities :
Pull, terminate, dress and label CAT5e / 6 cable
Installation and termination of fiber optic cable a plus
Test all installed cable using appropriate testing equipment
Install and terminate racks, cable trays, patch panels, cabinets, MDF / IDF, workstation outlets, firestopping etc.
Read and interpret low voltage data layouts from blueprints
Lead crews of 3-5 Technicians
Low Voltage Cable Technician Requirements :
6 years commercial and / or industrial low voltage experience
BICSI, Lift, and OSHA Certifications are a PLUS
