Job Description
L1 Solutions is looking for local Cable Technicians in the Aiken, SC area for large scale projects.
- Requirements- Pull, term, test CAT5, CAT6
- Any Experience with Fiber is a Plus
- Techs must live within 20 miles from the office in Germantown!
- Techs will report to the office daily!
- Looking for techs with good tenure
- Looking for consistent workers and low turnover, a lot if out of our control but if we can do our best to limit, that would be great!
- Pay Rate $18-26/hr (Pay must justify skillset)
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot cabling systems for telecommunications, including fiber optics and Ethernet networks.
- Perform fiber splicing and ensure proper connectivity for high-speed internet services.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to complete installations and repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections of network installations to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with service technicians to resolve customer issues related to network connectivity.
- Document all work performed, including service reports and installation records.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on electrical systems and cabling installations.
