Next Level Technician is currently searching for a Low Voltage CAD Technician in the Atlanta GA area. The primary responsibility for this position is to provide support to the engineering and operations team in all projects using AutoCAD to produce Low Voltage design drawings. Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent organization skills and be detail oriented. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; with the ability to work independently or on a team.

Job Duties
- Prepare code-compliant electrical design drawings using AutoCAD.
- Read and interpret architectural & mechanical engineering drawings/blueprints.
- Analyze internal needs with engineering team to create designs and modify existing designs
- Complete part detail and assembly prints per engineering standards and best practices.
- Creating low voltage one-line and three-line diagrams and electrical controls schematics
- List materials for ordering and fabrication.
- Coordinate with and consult with other team members to design or layout detailed components and to resolve design or other problems
- 1 years of experience in designing low voltage commercial and industrial systems, as well as control and instrumentation circuits.
- Experience with AutoCAD.
- General understanding of low voltage cabling.
- Experienced with schematic and wiring diagrams
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office applications.
