What are the responsibilities and job description for the Low Voltage Project Manager position at Next Level Technician?
Next Level Technician is urgently hiring for a Low Voltage Project Manager opportunity in the Greenville, SC area! Project Manager in a commercial environment with field installation experience is required.
Candidates seeking consideration for this role should have an active working knowledge of, and field experience with structured cabling, CCTV, and access control systems and devices. AV and fire alarm experience is a PLUS.
Candidates seeking consideration for this role should have experience in managing large scale, multi-million dollar commercial/industrial projects.
Candidates with experience in Operations Management and/or financial forecasting will receive priority.
Project Management Responsibilities:
- Schedule projects to meet budget requirements and customer deadlines.
- Have experience with RFI's and RFP's
- Negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Study job specifications to determine appropriate methods for completion of project.
- Requisition supplies and materials to complete projects in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- 10 years successful experience in a project manager role, preferably in the low voltage systems field
- Bachelor’s degree in project management or technical field is preferred but not required
- Experience managing large multi-million dollar projects
- Strong technical skills and understanding of hardware deployments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail while multi-tasking
- Experience in project management software such as Bluebeam, PlanGrid etc
