Next Level Technician is seeking a Low Voltage Service Manager in the Bowling Green, KY area. Candidates that are highly motivated and ready to work in a hands-on environment are encouraged to explore this opportunity!
Job duties:
- Manages a team of assigned service personnel and ensures they comply with company guidelines particularly related to quality of service.
- Manages Service database for timely closure and billing of Service Calls.
- Monitors or reviews calls or other correspondence between representatives and customers.
- Ensures that representatives are informed about changes to company products and services.
- Collects data and prepares reports on customer complaints and inquiries.
- Prepares monthly reports summarizing the assigned service team’s performance.
- Prepares knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to frequently asked questions.
- Identifies opportunities to update or improve service procedures and makes recommendations to appropriate staff.
- Assists with budget preparation for the Service department.
Must Have:
- Knowledge of the Telecommunications Industry
- Experience Managing Complex Projects. Previous Experience in a Supervisory role (preferred).
