What You’ll Do:
Manage multiple low voltage infrastructure projects simultaneously, ensuring all are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and reports using tools like Microsoft Project and Excel.
Lead and coordinate teams across job sites, ensuring efficient use of manpower and resources.
Proactively resolve challenges in the field to keep crews productive and projects moving forward.
Serve as the key liaison with clients, general contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Prepare detailed proposals, SOWs, and cost estimates for materials and labor.
Oversee vendors and subcontractors to ensure performance aligns with project scope and expectations.
Track and optimize P&L margins, ensuring profitability on every project.
Conduct regular quality and safety checks, setting a high standard for excellence on every job.
Provide mentorship and hands-on training for technicians and junior team members.
Stay ahead of the curve by pursuing continued education and certifications relevant to the industry.
What You Bring to the Table:
5 years of experience in voice and data infrastructure project management.
Familiarity with low voltage systems including data center technologies.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and P&L tracking.
Preferred certifications: PMP, BICSI, or relevant project management and technical credentials.
