We are in need of a dependable, organized, committed and hard-working Office Assistant to join our busy team. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented and an expert at using Microsoft Office programs, while also possessing great customer service skills. The Office Assistant is a key part of our team who will be expected to deal with high volume of phone calls on a daily basis in addition to a variety of office administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones.
- Answer questions.
- Handle correspondence and emails.
- Take dictation.
- Organize calendars and schedule meetings.
- Type letters, memos, and reports.
- Conduct research.
- Perform data entry.
