What are the responsibilities and job description for the SALES! position at Next Level?
Company located in Milwaukee is looking for someone with several years of sales experience selling service rather than product who has good communication and follow up skills, and a reasonable mechanical aptitude. Does not need to have prior experience with motors or motor repair, we are willing to train on that. Pay is to $-K total compensation – made up of annual salary base pay up to $85K plus quarterly commissions which are estimated for total comp range based on prior years sales to existing established customers. There is some travel with this role – approximately 1 – 2 trips each 1-2 months so approximately 10-25% total in domestic US. There is no cold calling in this role. Must have a personality that is compatible with heavy industrial workplace setting. NOT remote work opportunity because there is significant training at our facility on the technical service we provide. Must have longevity in roles.
Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
