What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scrap Yard-Maintenance Supervisor position at Next Level?
This role coordinates contractors for all of the buildings and grounds (65-acre facility with multiple building) including electrical, HVAC, baler maintenance, etc. and our operations. This role does not need to have scrap metal industry experience, we prefer a local candidate who has a strong maintenance background with experience quoting outside contractors for project and on-going work. We have a job description I’m attaching here (disregard title of document this is maint Spvsr) and noting that one of the main pieces of equipment this role supports is our auto-shredder – this person does not need experience working with shredders as we have a Shredder Mgr who is highly technical but this Maint Spvsr will support that Mgr in coordinating outside contractors. We will pay up to $K base annual bonus multiplier of $. Hours are start time 6-7am and end time 3 : 30-4 : 30pm depending on start time.
