TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for being the first contact for people seeking treatment so your role will shape their experience in our facility.
- Manage incoming calls with a focus on empathy and professionalism, ensuring each caller feels valued and understood.
- Actively monitor and respond to emails related to our facility, providing timely and professional replies to inquiries.
- Offer comprehensive information about our facility and the programs available, assisting potential patients in understanding how we can meet their individual treatment needs.
- Verify insurance information, clarifying coverage and benefits.
- Gather relevant patient information and engage them with targeted questionnaire questions to evaluate their compatibility with our facility and ensure they would benefit from our programs.
- Collaborate with family members and potential patients to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Organize admission dates and times for patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Compassionate and non-judgmental attitude towards patients, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
- Skilled in communicating effectively and professionally with patients regarding their treatment options and the process for joining the facility.
- Experience with KIPU EMR System is preferred but not required.
