We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for the US East Coast (100%Allocation) with 6 to 10 years of experience to lead and manage complex IT infrastructure projects.
You will be responsible for delivering largescale projects focused on infrastructure components including the main tasks of :
Project Planning Concept Tracking Reporting Budget Oversight Vendor Relationship Management.
Skills Required Project Management Technical Knowledge of IT Infrastructure.
Technical skills knowledge in Virtual Windows Server Networks (Switches IP address assignment) Basic IT security knowledge (Firewall Concepts etc.) basic knowledge in OT Infrastructure and Knowledge in ThinManager software an advantage.
These activities will be within the pharmaceutical industry you will lead mid to largesized teams taking full ownership of the project lifecycle to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget while meeting business objectives.
Strong leadership a proven track record in handling highpriority projects and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead crossfunctional teams across multiple departments ensuring timely completion of project tasks and driving alignment among stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans covering scope timelines resource allocation and budget.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects within the remit of the role.
- Facilitate regular meetings provide consistent status updates and maintain clear communication across all organizational levels.
- Identify and mitigate risks ensuring all project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards.
- Maintain detailed project documentation ensuring adherence to organizational standards and GxP regulations and lead postproject reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Fluent in written and spoken English Master\'s degree in computer science Several years of experience with quality management systems (e.g. GAMP) and IT standards (e.g. ITIL) In-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment (e.g. GxP, audits) and information technology In-depth knowledge of GxP-relevant IT processes and their support by computerized systems Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking and the ability to work in a spirit of partnership Ability to build consensus and influence decisions
