Join our team as an Accounting Clerk at our Management Services Organization (MSO) to support financial operations with precision and diligence. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities :
- Accounts Management : Process invoices and payments, handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely transaction processing and follow-up on outstanding balances.
- Financial Documentation : Maintain accurate financial records by managing the general ledger, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports and summaries.
- Administrative Support : Provide robust support to the Controller, including document management, data entry, and scheduling.
- Compliance and Verification : Adhere to company policies and financial regulations, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial documents.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration : Liaise with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and support company-wide audits and special projects.
