">Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the PCU setting ">
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient ">
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care ">
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals ">
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency ">
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in accordance with hospital policies and procedures ">

Requirements:
">- ">
- Current RN license in good standing ">
- 2 years of experience in a PCU or similar critical care setting ">
- BLS and ACLS certifications ">
- Strong understanding of PCU protocols and best practices ">
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills ">
- Able to work 36 hours per week with flexible scheduling ">
- Able to commit to a 13-week assignment ">
