Certification : CRCST required within 120 days of hire
Experience : Preferred
Pay Rate : $19.80 / hour increasing to $21.00 / hour upon positive 120-day evaluation and CRCST certification
Note : Candidates with 2 years of SPD Tech, Surgical Tech, Anesthesia Tech, or OR Support experience will be eligible for a pay rate above the stated base rate.
COVID Vaccination : Required
Hours : Varying daily hours, on-call rotation required

- Collaborate with hospital staff to deliver exceptional support and service.
- Handle cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of surgical instruments.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma / GED required; further technical training or education preferred.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must live within 30 minutes of the hospital for on-call duties.
- Flexible availability for varied shifts, including rotational weekend calls.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
