Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing personalized care plans to address these needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patients' responses and adjusting care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, promoting optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- RN licensure in the state of practice
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum one year of Med Surg experience
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
