Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to patients undergoing labor and delivery procedures
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing personalized plans of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with colleagues and family members
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and interventions
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following qualifications:
- RN licensure in the state of practice
- Experience working in Labor and Delivery or a related field
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and maintain flexibility with scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
