We're looking for a dynamic and experienced new home sales consultant for one of our new home communities. Must be licensed and prefer a minimum of 5 years of new home sales experience, but at least 5 years of proven resale real estate sales success.
Position is a 100% commission based, independent contractor and will be assigned to a specific community. Must be able to work 5-days a week including all weekends and most holidays.
Duties
- Conduct sales presentations and tours of new homes to potential buyers
- Provide information and answer questions about the features, amenities, and pricing of homes
- Assist buyers in selecting the right home that meets their needs and budget
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely completion of homes
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in the home buying process
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with buyers
- Follow up with prospective buyers to maintain relationships and provide ongoing support
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and sales activities
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations to ensure compliance during the sales process
- Strong new home sales background with proven success in challenging markets
- Ability to understand the local housing market and identify potential buyers
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the buyer and the Builder
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, maintaining records, and managing paperwork
