The Item Commercialization Administrator is responsible for keeping projects running smoothly and efficiently. The individual in the role will organize meetings, track progress, and make sure team members are working closely to keep everyone on track.
Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Team: Build trust with the sales team by handling all details and thoroughly preparing them for buyer meetings, successful sales appointments, presentations, and follow-up actions. Keep the sales team organized and focused on achieving their goals and effectively progress to the authorization stage.
- Program Launch Success: Deliver successful program launches by ensuring accurate and timely execution, maximizing time and resources & ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Foster Relationships: Manage and nurture internal and external relationships across departments, customers, and suppliers to achieve flawless execution and tangible results post-authorization.
- Coordinate Customer Programs: Collaborate with internal and external partners to utilize timelines and checklists, ensuring customer programs are developed and launched successfully.
- Maintain Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal protocols and policies and compliance with external client and customer requirements.
- Meet Critical Deadlines: Take ownership of deadlines to ensure timely completion of all key tasks.
- System Setup: Accurately establish and maintain items within internal, customer and vendors systems to support smooth operations.
- Optimize Vendor Utilization: Identify opportunities to leverage vendors and partners better to drive increased sales.
- Ensure Seamless Handoffs: Facilitate smooth program transitions to Logistics, ensuring continuity and efficiency.
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in related field
- Product Management of tangible goods, Project Management, Product Development, preferably in CPG/Food Industry
- Strong knowledge of product development processes
- Risk management, results driven & detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Must be willing and able to learn and acquire new skills and abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, can prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
