This role will serve as a senior subject matter expert for ERP functionality related to spectrum management, overseeing business process transformation, requirements gathering, system optimization, and compliance alignment. You will work closely with both technical stakeholders and mission-oriented users to ensure ERP systems are aligned with regulatory frameworks, DoD data policies, and operational needs. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
This position is contingent upon contract award, and selected candidates may be asked to sign a Letter of Intent (LOI) and contingent offer letter to confirm availability.

Responsibilities
- Analyze, optimize, and integrate ERP functionality to support DISA Spectrum Information System (SIS) operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and document ERP business requirements
- Align ERP modules with spectrum planning workflows, regulatory protocols, and DoD compliance frameworks
- Support business process reengineering and improvement initiatives within ERP systems
- Provide functional design input for ERP integration with tools such as Spectrum XXI and GEMSIS
- Guide and mentor junior business analysts on ERP methodologies, standards, and documentation
- Ensure alignment with DoD standards including RMF, DISA STIGs, NTIA Redbook, and eMASS practices
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into functional ERP solutions
- MA/MS degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or BA/BS degree with 12 years
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) in a DoD or federal environment
- Strong understanding of spectrum management tools and workflows (e.g., Spectrum XXI, GEMSIS)
- Expertise in DoD compliance standards such as RMF, STIGs, and NTIA Redbook
- Proficiency in business process mapping, data analysis, and functional design
- Hands-on experience with databases such as Oracle or SQL Server
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Security , CISSP, or ERP platform-specific credentials
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ERP-specific credentials
- Prior experience supporting ERP projects for federal or government clients
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid software development methodologies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload based on the needs of the client
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and frequent changes in priorities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent technical writing skills and proven experience in systems with complex requirements
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to team with others to meet project objectives
- Understanding of the system development lifecycle as implemented with Agile; SAFe knowledge a plus
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to navigate in an office setting unassisted
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
- Strong speaking skills, including the ability to articulate thoughts in a clear manner and excellent word enunciation skills, are required
