PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESRadio Frequency Analysis : Study, analyze, review, and advise the Program Office on radio frequency parameters to ensure optimal performance and compliance.Spectrum Supportability : Research and analyze supportable frequency bands, develop spectrum supportability plans, and contribute to the Spectrum Supportability Risk Assessment.Technical Reporting : Review, study, and advise on technical reports, DD 1494 Forms, and El-CID requests for spectrum certification.Frequency Allocation : Analyze frequency allocation requests and submit SDS spectrum systems frequency allocation applications to secure necessary approvals.

• REQUIREMENTS Experience : Combined experience in electrical engineering and spectrum certification is highly desirable.Experience processing spectrum certification actions at a federal department level.Experience with Spectrum XXI or Spectrum Certification System, and other DoD Spectrum management software.Education : Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.Security Clearance : Active Secret security clearance or inactive with ability to be reinstatedGENERAL QUALIFICATIONS Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload based on the needs of the client.Ability to deal with ambiguity and frequent changes in priorities.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Excellent technical writing skills and proven experience in systems with complex requirements.Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to team with others to meet project objectives.Understanding of the system development lifecycle as implemented with Agile; SAFe knowledge a plus.Physical Requirements : Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to navigate in an office setting unassisted.Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.Strong speaking skills, including the ability to articulate thoughts in a clear manner and excellent word enunciation skills, are required.[]{style="font-family : Cali"}
