As a Client Support Associate, you will work in our retail environments focusing on customer engagement for leading telecommunications products and services. The Client Support Associate will help facilitate conversations about their internet and interests, oversee retail sales initiatives, and work closely with our sales team to ensure consistent high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities of a Client Support Associate:
- At the retail stores, work with customers to explain the benefits of our internet services in a clear and confident manner
- Guide customers through their internet set up and process, ensuring they are matched with the most suitable plans for success
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records to support seamless set ups
- Educate customers about current promotions and pricing to help them make informed decisions depending on how much and often they use internet
- Address questions or concerns using effective communication and negotiation techniques
Qualifications of a Client Support Associate:
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or other customer service roles
- Experience working with teams to help achieve objectives and complete tasks
- A Client Support Associate possesses a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain a solution-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills
