Responsibilities
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking and outreach.
- Manage sales processes from initial contact through to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for territory sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using software tools.
- Support inside sales efforts by providing insights on customer needs and market trends.
- Assist in technical sales discussions, ensuring clients understand product capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management or a related field, preferably in a B2B context.
- Strong understanding of technical sales processes and product demonstrations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and strategies.
- Proficiency in using software tools for managing customer interactions and sales data.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.

- Monday to Friday
